Global Account Manager

The Global Account Manager is the sales and account lead assigned to one or more Strategic Customers and helps deepen and expand the Percolate engagement with strategic, market-leading, large, global customers.

In this role you will be accountable for global revenue growth, the end-to-end satisfaction, and referenceability of the customer(s) throughout the customer lifecycle. The individual will lead and coordinate Percolate’s efforts across all lines of business (Sales, Consulting, Implementation Services, Support, Customer Success, the Percolate executive team, etc) -- orchestrating all Percolate resources around a single, clearly-articulated 2-3 year account strategy.

The Global Account Manager ensures two critical elements are in place: a customer-validated multi-year roadmap, and an associated account strategy and annual plan.

This role is ultimately measured by growth in overall revenues, protecting the Annual Recurring Revenue base, and increasing the NPS and reference participation over time.



  • 5+ years of business experience in Sales or Consulting with complex business software / SaaS solutions
  • 5+ years of Large Account Management experience / leading account teams
  • Experience as a business consultant at a systems integrator, or in a value-engineering organization at a technology company
  • Experience with long term planning of resources, technology and account structure
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Contracts: Requires a general understanding of SaaS contracts and delivery of associated services; 3 to 5 years’ experience with SaaS terms & conditions negotiation.


  • Orchestrates and leads the execution of the account strategy
  • Is the Sales lead on the account(s)
  • Coordinates all customer- facing functions, including executive sponsor engagement, HQ strategy visits, Executive Business Reviews and more, thus increasing customer satisfaction and further solidifying the Global Account Manager as a trusted advisor
  • Completes long-term business strategy planning with the customer, in relation to their usage of Percolate
  • Develops long term c-level relationships
  • Leads Account Planning and ensures that the Percolate footprint is expanded with involvement of all relevant brands/subsidiaries/lines of business
  • Proactively identifies customer problems and proposes Percolate solutions in addition to those already identified
  • Influences and leads a virtual team of resources from various functions and geographies
  • Creates barriers to entry for competitors, protecting Percolate’s customer base
