Our Talent Team is looking for a creative and driven Technical Recruiter who will own the recruiting process from end to end. As one of the first members of the team, the Technical Recruiter will help implement processes to create an outstanding interview experience for every candidate we work with.  


  • 3+ years of recruiting experience
  • 1+ year of technical recruiting experience
  • Impressive track record of success within technical recruiting (either agency or internal)
  • Creative and efficient sourcing skills
  • Passionate, innovative spirit, and a desire to work in a flexible and fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated ability to be detail-oriented, and have strong organizational skills
  • Experience in compensation and general HR requirements as related to hiring
  • Knowledge of the social media industry and competitive landscape


  • Provide an efficient, thoughtful experience for every candidate from application to offer
  • Source active and passive candidates through various channels and mediums
  • Design and implement hiring processes optimized for scale
  • Collaborate with leadership and Hiring Managers to understand and define hiring needs and establish effective processes to support those goals
  • Communicate effectively with the interview team to ensure preparedness during the interview process
  • Communicate constantly with candidates throughout the process and be their advocate
